Erin Synk serves as a Manger of State Policy and Advocacy. In this role she is responsible for assisting public and private sector clients with advocacy efforts at the state level. She assists clients with a wide variety of public policy and state budget request issues.
Prior to joining LNE Group, Erin worked in the Ohio House of Representatives as Legislative Aide to Representative Clayton Luckie and as a Policy Analyst for House Speaker Armond Budish. While in the House, Erin specialized in the areas of education, healthcare, consumer affairs and state budgeting processes. Erin maintains strong relationships with legislators and staff in the Ohio House and Senate, as well as numerous state agencies. Ms. Synk utilizes her extensive experience with public policy and the state budget to monitor legislation and affect policy on behalf of LNE Group clients.
Erin earned a BFA from the Ohio State University in Dance Performance and Choreography in 2005. She also received a minor in Business Management and Administration. While completing her undergraduate studies, Erin spent a semester at the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Erin remains active in the Columbus dance and arts community, periodically performing and showing choreography. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening and cycling.
