Jason M. Smith

Jason Smith is LNE Group's Vice President and has been with the company since 2004.  As Director of the company's Grants and Incentives practice, Jason’s team has secured millions of dollars in support of LNE Group client projects at the federal, state and local government levels.  In addition, Jason directs the company's Strategic Marketing Services and helps manage LNE Group’s promotion, client acquisition, development and consultation.

Prior to joining the LNE Group, Jason held positions for companies in consulting, sales and marketing related capacities.  Jason's domestic and international consulting experience includes wide-ranging engagements in advanced manufacturing technologies, advanced energy, medical devices and financial service industries.  He has an innovative and intuitive consulting talent with a record of performance and proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive, successful initiatives for clients; to create demand for new products and services; to identify and target niche markets; to rapidly come up to speed in new environments and consistently deliver value to clients. 

Jason graduated from The Ohio University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, Management and International Business and holds a Master of Business Administration.  Jason also attended the Hogeschool Voor Economische Studies – Amsterdam, The Netherlands and has worked with the Centro Universitário de Ciências Gerenciais (UNA) – Belo Horizonte, Brazil. 

Jason resides in Rocky River, Ohio with his wife Nurys.  In their spare time, Jason and Nurys enjoy traveling, sports and spending time with friends and family.
