Jori Mintz is a senior manager at LNE Group and serves as Director of the firm’s Opportunity Hunting practice. She is responsible for strategically positioning clients to identify funding opportunities from state and federal resources and for developing tactical approaches to successfully secure government grants. Jori has worked with clients in a variety of industries, helping them to secure millions of dollars in government funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Ohio Third Frontier Program, and through a variety of competitive federal and state grant programs.
Prior to joining the LNE Group team, Jori spent several years in local economic/workforce development. Her experiences in economic development included evaluating the economic impact of local economic development projects, working to attract large and small business to Northeast Ohio, developing programs to attract and retain young professionals to Cleveland, and building relationships throughout the business community to assist young people in developing professional networks and connecting with job opportunities.
Jori has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning, Design and Development from Cleveland State University's Levin College of Urban Affairs, with a focus in Economic Development. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a BA in Political Science.
Jori sits on the Advisory Board for Teaching Cleveland. In her free time she enjoys photography, wine tasting, playing the flute and traveling whenever possible.
