Justin R. McCaulley

Justin R. McCaulley is LNE Group’s Vice President and has been with the company since its inception.

As Director of LNE Group's Federal Advocacy Practice, Justin manages all of LNE Group's client interaction with the federal government nationwide.  He has impacted federal policy on behalf of LNE Group’s client interests and delivered tens of millions of dollars in federal funding for client projects. Justin maintains excellent relationships with federal agency officials, Members of Congress and their senior staff which enables him to advocate effectively for LNE Group’s clients and their causes. He has often put those relationships to work for LNE Group’s clients, opening doors and delivering insight that had been out of reach before LNE Group’s involvement.  Justin roughly splits his time in thirds between Washington, DC, and LNE Group's office locations and client facilities across the United States, working closely with clients, LNE Group's staff and federal officials.

Justin’s experience with non-profit organizations, governments and corporations combined with expertise in the Congressional legislative and appropriation processes has provided LNE Group with an exceptional record of success in securing favorable federal policy or funding for client programs and projects.

Justin graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. in Political Science and has built his network working on countless campaigns from city council to President in every role from volunteer to campaign manager. He currently serves on the boards of PlayhouseSquare Partners and Ohio University's College of Arts & Sciences.  Justin has been Vice President of the Ohio University Society of Advocates and past-president of the Ohio University Greater Cleveland Alumni Board.  Justin previously worked in the information technology industry and was executive director of a non-profit leadership development program.

In his spare time, Justin is an occasional guitar player, frustrated golfer, avid reader, hopeful Browns fan, and karaoke rockstar.
