Stéphane-Bertin Hoffmann joined LNE Group as Regional Manager for France. He is in charge of qualifying and writing grants applications for clients with French facilities. He holds a Masters of Arts with Major in Public Law from Sciences Po Aix (France) and a LLM in European Public Law from Tilburg University (the Netherlands) where he focused on EU Competition Law and State Aid. Previously he worked as a Researcher for a Brussels-based consultancy on issues regarding network regulation in Germany and with the French Embassy in Berlin.
