Building Positive Relationships

Having a local presence helps build positive relationships, and for this reason in 2009, LNE Group opened its first European office located in Berlin, Germany.  The individual steps LNE Group takes in its Advocacy & Appropriations practice include the following:

Identification of Strategic Locations & Issues
LNE Group works initially with clients to identify locations that are of particular strategic nature to both their current and future operations and projects. Regulatory or competitive issues that are vital to a clients’ businesses and strategies are likewise identified during this phase.

Selection of Decision Makers
Based on a clients’ locations and issues, LNE Group establishes a target group of crucial decision makers, including elected officials (Bundestag und Landtag), government officials in selected German ministries as well as specific trade associations. A road map is designed, outlining a strategy to secure the cooperation of these decision makers.

Meetings with Decision Makers
LNE Group initiates and organizes meetings with strategic decision makers to secure their support for our clients' public funding requests and to impact legislative or regulatory issues.

Question & Answer
LNE Group facilitates communication between government agencies and clients, answering questions or executing discovery.
