Additionally, LNE Group qualifies any funding announcements against client needs and capabilities while providing summaries of the requirements and the funding amounts. LNE Group interacts with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed of upcoming projects to leverage funding opportunities in-line with their needs and strategic initiatives.

Research and Monitoring
LNE Group researches and seeks-out funding opportunities that match clients’ projects, needs and strategic initiatives.
LNE Group qualifies funding opportunities by evaluating the program requirements against client organizational capabilities and funding needs.
LNE Group keeps an open line of communication with clients, contacting project leaders and management on a regular basis to inform them of new qualified opportunities.
LNE Group works with clients to develop ideas and early stage project concepts into compelling and fundable proposals that fit funding program requirements and guidelines.
Grant & Application Writing
LNE Group supports clients in every aspect of proposal drafting and application writing and documentation necessary for winning grants and appropriations. These activities typically involve the following:
LNE Group actively searches for appropriate collaboration partners, when required for a proposal. LNE Group participates in internal meetings as well as meetings with project partners, contributing in shaping the project as related to scope and grant requirements.
Questions & Answers
If clients require further clarification on specific aspects of funding opportunities, LNE Group submits questions to the relevant government agencies to obtain timely answers. LNE Group coordinates the flow of information and provides answers to all involved (clients and collaborative parties) while developing proposal drafts.
LNE Group drafts proposals, applications and other paperwork for funding requests in support of specific projects. Clients have final determination on the content of proposals and the ultimate decision whether or not to submit proposals for funding support.
Unless an RFP specifies that a proposal must be submitted by the organization seeking funding, LNE Group assumes responsibility for submitting the required documents, either online or in hard copy.
Some government programs (in the United States) require matching funding. LNE Group works to identify and categorize possible sources.
Negotiation and Representation
When greater coordination and negotiations with government agencies is necessary, LNE Group works with the respective government agency to achieve the maximum financial support. In this respect, LNE Group attends public hearings and applications proceedings as required and can either represent clients directly or fulfill an advisory role.
Meetings & Advocacy
LNE Group secures meetings with key government officials to support project-funding requests.
LNE Group continually provides follow-up information to clients after proposals have been submitted.
