Federal and State Government Advocacy
LNE Group’s federal and state government advocacy services compliment and leverage our Opportunity Hunting and Relationship Development Services. LNE Group develops and implements strategies for our clients to promote priority projects and policy initiatives with key elected officials and their staff and with executive agency officials
LNE Group supports the efforts of its clients to influence federal and state public policy by providing comprehensive consulting services. LNE Group has assisted clients to advocate on manufacturing, health care access, the environment, renewable energy & energy efficiency, transportation spending, health & human services funding, international taxation, and management/labor relations, among many others. LNE Group proactively monitors issues of interest on behalf its clients. As topics of interest are identified LNE Group works to develop and implement strategies to influence public policy on behalf our clients. Our work for clients includes the following:
- Researching pending legislation and developing position papers for clients
- Identifying opportunities for our clients to influence legislation of interest to them or their customers or partners
- Coordinating legislative and administrative agency visits to influence pending legislation or to propose new legislation
- Developing coalitions and coordinating with national associations to magnify our client’s voice on a legislative or administrative matter
- Supporting our clients’ customers in their efforts to influence legislation and budget allocations
- Reporting to our clients on pending legislation or proposed administrative rule changes
